Opened in 2010 after a restoration begun in 1996, Argos in Cappadocia spreads over seven old mansions and their caves on the eastern slope of Uçhisar, above Pigeon Valley with Mount Erciyes beyond: 51 rooms and suites, the Seki and Nahita restaurants, a wine cellar, a heated outdoor pool open all year, a spa, and the Bezirhane, a rock-cut monastery hall some 1,500 years old that is used for concerts.
