Opened in 2019 after the restoration of a group of old Göreme houses, with the village lanes still running between them, Carus Cappadocia has 50 rooms, 39 built of stone and 11 in caves, each furnished differently with antiques and modern pieces, around courtyards planted as gardens, with the Haruna restaurant and terraces looking over the village, and a spa.
