Opened in March 2017 in one of the towers of the Quasar Istanbul development in the Mecidiyeköy business district, on the site of Turkey's first liqueur factory, a 1930s building by Robert Mallet-Stevens that has been restored, Fairmont Quasar Istanbul has 209 rooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling windows over the skyline, a heated indoor pool, an outdoor infinity pool, a spa with hammam and the Michelin-recommended Aila restaurant.
